What’s ahead for the New Year?

For 2019 we have developed a new commercial real estate series.

Art, Architecture or Bad Design? This series will include pictures of interesting buildings or designs I found while showing buildings and traveling over the last few years. There are some great examples of buildings being repurposed. My favorite is a sheep sheering barn turned into a retro winery.

We have a series that focuses on the Detroit River which shows off our beautiful riverfront and all the changes made to it over the last 10 years.

Another series looks at the process of buying a commercial building. There is a lot to consider. We will look at what the process looks like and how to avoid the pitfalls.

Lastly, I will do a video series on understanding leasing financials.
