The Betty Brigade had experienced a growth spurt and needed space that would allow them to handle the current staff
while growing about 50% in the next few years.

 

Compass Commercial worked with The Betty Brigade and found a great location for the company. However, it ended up
that the space was 500 square feet more than was needed.

 

 

THE RESULTS

Compass Commercial negotiated the lease by arranging for The Betty Brigade to pay for the square feet currently needed,
then increasing the square footage each year until they were paying for 100% of the space in the lease. This gave
The Betty Brigade a great space, as well as the flexibility to grow into it over time.
