Looking Forward to New Referral Opportunities in the Coming Year

As a sales person at heart, I have always tracked how many referrals I received monthly. A year ago, someone had shared the concept of focusing on what I could do for others. So, for 2016 I looked for, and created opportunities, to refer or help others on special projects. Interesting, I gave the same amount of referrals as I received. The number of referrals we received was up 30%!
