When you lease space, it is important that you get an extra copy of the keys to your suite. It’s even better to have an electronic keypad added to your door. I love keypads that allow each staff member to have their own code because if someone leaves, you do not have to have the locks changed. Be sure to put a copy of the key or the door password in your disaster recovery plan. The same thing goes for any files that you keep locked.
