Reflecting on Growth and Gratitude in 2025

✨ Welcome to 2025! ✨

A new year always brings fresh opportunities, and I couldn’t be more excited! It’s a time for reflection on the past and big plans for what’s ahead.

In the first quarter of 2024, I took a position with an international brokerage firm. While I was hesitant, it was an experience I needed to try. Ultimately, it confirmed why I left a similar company years ago and reminded me of my true passion—helping others thrive in commercial real estate.

That passion led me to focus on something truly exciting: launching my online commercial real estate classes! For years, I’ve taught business owners how to lease or purchase commercial spaces, and I noticed something interesting—half of the attendees were residential agents and new commercial agents eager to learn the ropes.

With recent changes in the industry and growing interest in commercial real estate, I realized there’s a massive need for continuing education classes focused on CRE. So, I teamed up with commercial real estate schools to bring my expertise to the table.

📽️ Instead of written materials, we’re going all-in with engaging video classes, packed with real-world insights and actionable steps. These classes are designed to help agents and business owners master commercial transactions.

We’re just a few weeks away from launch, and I couldn’t be more thrilled! Stay tuned for updates—I can’t wait to share these with you and help more people succeed in commercial real estate.

🚀 Here’s to a year of growth and new beginnings!
