Generations Together
From Knoll whitepapers, I recently learned that for the first time in history, four generations will be working together. Additionally, the number of professional women now forms the majority of the work force. In our office, we have many baby boomers, but we recently added a Generation Y member to our staff and I’ve found the office to be much more dynamic with just that singular addition! As we add more staff, I look forward to hiring each of the generations. Working across the generational lines gives us new perspective.
