“I was three days away from signing a lease for a building that wasn’t really a fit for my needs. A friend said you have to contact Compass Commercial and just have a conversation with them. Compass Commercial asked me a few questions and I know that I didn’t know enough to do this myself. One year later, I can say they has helped me get a great expansion of my office. We looked at 15 or so buildings and it turns out that the suite next door to mine was the best solution for expansion. However, it came with burdensome personalities that had poor communication that almost drove me to another location.
