Pat Balice - Bio

Pat began his career at DTE (Detroit Edison) as a land surveyor in charge of crews working on projects ranging from Fermi II nuclear power plant and fossil generation plants to high voltage transmission tower, station, and sub-station construction. He then joined the electric service planning group where he was responsible for the design and layout of electrical distribution and service to industrial, commercial and residential structures.

Pat then joined the DTE retail marketing organization where he was responsible for creating and maintaining electrical work management business processes for the street light and primary engineering groups, using Maximo work management software.

Balice spent more than 40 years with DTE. His background in industrial business management will assist Compass Commercial with their construction management services. He will also be responsible for generating sales and managing process improvement for the organization.
