MICHELLE HESS

Michelle’s credentials include marketing, communications, and event planning across the medical, publishing and non-profit sectors. But her true interest – real estate – started over a decade ago when she obtained her real estate license. She’s always preferred to represent buyers, which is part of what attracted her to Compass Commercial, where we exclusively represent tenants and buyers.

With many years of project management experience, Michelle supports our mission of continuous customer service and process improvement. Her work has streamlined the leasing and buying process, resulting in the best outcome for Compass Commercial clients.

Michelle’s work with customers, vendors, management, team members, volunteers, and her outstanding listening and communication skills have resulted in good business rapport and consistently achieved goals for and with our clients.

A longtime resident and employee in Troy and Rochester, she knows and loves the metro-Detroit area, and enjoys working with non-profit organizations such as churches and Leader Dogs for the Blind. She also volunteers as a Girl Scout troop leader!
