Accountable for producing $500,000 or more in gross revenue in the last calendar year.
Develop database of prospects with revenue of between $1,000,000 and $500,000.
Work with President to close deals 10,000 s.f. or larger or multi-state transactions.
Work on company accounts as assigned.
Attend sales and training meetings.
Must Haves:
Team player who values entrepreneurial spirit, optimistic, integrity & diversity.
Real Estate license
5 years or more of commercial real estate experience.
Sold 10,000,000 in leases/sales at least once in the last 5 years.
An existing database of companies to call on.
Will Consider:
A go-getter who has been working in another industry and would like to change. In particular, we would consider self-employed people currently selling health insurance, insurance, real estate law, commercial insurance, financial planner or residential real estate agents.

Accountable for making 100 calls per week.
Must be comfortable presenting to presidents of companies.
Accountable to complete company training program in the first 120 days.
Accountable for maintaining database while prospecting or managing projects.
Accountable for attending a minimum of 4 networking functions a month.
Accountable for attending all staff and training meetings.
Must Haves:

Self-motivated and directed.
Demonstrated the ability to sell a product.
Nice to Have:
Commercial Real Estate experience.
1 to 3 years of sales experience preferably in commercial insurance, financial planning.
